Grey Book Bands (Level 13)

These banded books offer pupils opportunities to engage with more sophisticated wordplay and diverse narration styles. They should be able to delve into discussions about characters and narrators in greater detail. At this level, students may find enjoyment in silent reading, so it's beneficial to incorporate regular quiet reading sessions. Grey Book Bands are suitable for lower ability Upper Key Stage 2 pupils and higher ability Lower Key Stage 2 pupils.
