Home Education Survey Terms and Conditions

  • The Home Education Survey (referred to as the ‘survey’) is organised and managed by BookLife Ltd and is not conducted in partnership with any other organisation or company.

    By participating in the survey, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BookLife Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the survey, its Terms and Conditions, or any other aspect of the survey without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond BookLife Ltd's control.

    Eligibility

    • The survey is open to individuals residing at a UK address.

    Reward

    • The reward for submitting the survey is 12 BookLife Readers (referred to as the ‘reward’).
    • The reward is redeemable exclusively on booklife.co.uk. If the reward is used on any other platform or source, BookLife Ltd will not provide compensation.
    • The reward includes one book from each of the following book bands: Lilac, Pink, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Orange, Turquoise, Purple, Gold, White, and Lime.
    • The selection of books within the reward is determined by BookLife Ltd. Respondents cannot choose the specific titles.
    • The reward can be composed solely of fiction, non-fiction, or a mixture of both.
    • The reward is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • In the event of a return or cancellation of the order associated with the reward, BookLife Ltd reserves the right to request the return of the reward.
    • The reward is available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
    • If the reward is unavailable due to stock limitations, BookLife Ltd will notify the buyer, who will have the option to cancel their purchase for a full refund.
    • In cases where the reward code is used on an order that BookLife Ltd deems ineligible, BookLife Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order.

    Redemption

    • To redeem the reward, the code provided after submitting the survey must be entered during the checkout process on an eligible order.
    • Eligible orders are any paying orders that are not solely composed of digital products (e.g. free resources and e-books).
    • If the reward code is not entered at the checkout, exceptions may be made by contacting info@booklife.co.uk immediately after placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

    Data Collection and Privacy

    • Survey submissions are anonymous unless the submitter voluntarily provides information that identifies them.
    • BookLife Ltd will retain survey responses for a reasonable period after the survey closes to analyse the data collected.
    • Data collected from the survey will not be shared with third parties.
    • If the submitter places an order to redeem the reward, their personal data will be processed in accordance with the order requirements and BookLife Ltd's Privacy Policy.
