1. The promoter and the promotion
The promoter is BookLife Publishing Ltd ('BookLife').
The 'Non-Fiction November Promotion' (the 'promotion') lets qualifying customers receive the cheaper of two qualifying products for free when they purchase two or more qualifying products at full price.
Qualifying products include selected 'Non-Fiction Packs'; a full list can be viewed at https://booklife.co.uk/collections/non-fiction-november.
By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply in addition to our standard Terms of Sale.
2. Promotion period and eligibility
The Promotion runs from 00:01 GMT on 01 November 2026 to 23:59 GMT on 30 November 2026, or while stocks last.
The Promotion is available to customers aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.
The Promotion applies to orders placed via https://booklife.co.uk. It is not available through third-party retailers or marketplaces.
3. How the offer works
The Promotion applies only to the products listed on https://booklife.co.uk/collections/non-fiction-november and marked 'Buy One Get One Free' ('Qualifying Products'). The list may change during the Promotion Period.
Add two Qualifying Products to your basket, and the lower-priced item will be free.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout. If the discount does not appear, contact us before completing your order, as it cannot be applied afterwards.
The Promotion can be used an unlimited number of times across an order or multiple orders.
Standard delivery charges apply to the whole order for orders under £100 that do not qualify for free delivery.
4. Exclusions and restrictions
The Promotion cannot be used with any other offer, discount code, voucher, gift card discount or loyalty reward.
There is no cash alternative. The free item cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
All Qualifying Products are subject to availability. If a product sells out, we are not obliged to offer an alternative.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, made for resale, or otherwise breach these terms.
5. Returns, refunds and cancellations
If you return one item from a Buy One Get One Free pair, the refund will reflect the price actually paid. You may need to return both items to receive a full refund, or the free item's value may be deducted from your refund.
If you return both items, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the purchased item, including delivery charges, where applicable.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with our Returns Policy.
6. General terms
We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion, or change these terms, at any time where circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
Prices and product descriptions are correct at the time of publishing. We are not responsible for pricing or technical errors that cause the discount to be applied incorrectly.
Product images are for illustration only. Packs may contain different titles of the same reading level and interest.
Personal data collected as part of the Promotion will be used in line with our Privacy Policy.
