Big Christmas Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1. This Big Christmas Giveaway promotion ("Promotion") is valid until Friday, 20th December 2024, for orders placed within the United Kingdom only.

1.2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"), which may be updated throughout the promotional period as necessary.

1.3. Offers are available while stocks last and may be subject to availability at the discretion of BookLife.

2. Free Books Scheme

2.1. The Free Books Scheme allows eligible customers to receive free books based on their total order value, according to the following tiers:

  • Spend £200–£299.99: Receive £50 in free books.
  • Spend £300–£399.99: Receive £100 in free books.
  • Spend £400–£599.99: Receive £150 in free books.
  • Spend £600–£699.99: Receive £200 in free books.
  • Spend £700–£799.99: Receive £250 in free books.
  • Spend £800–£999.99: Receive £300 in free books.
  • Spend £1,000–£1,499.99: Receive £400 in free books.
  • Spend £1,500 or more: Receive £500 in free books.

2.2. Free books are selected by BookLife's librarians and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2.3. In the event of returns or cancellations reducing the order value below the qualifying threshold, BookLife reserves the right to withhold or request the return of free books.

3. Free Gifts with Non-Fiction Packs

3.1. Orders containing qualifying non-fiction book packs will receive a surprise free gift valued between £5.89 and £69.99.

3.2. To qualify, an order must include at least one non-fiction book pack. Full details of qualifying packs are available online.

3.3. Free gifts are subject to availability and are chosen by BookLife to complement the order.

3.4. For partial returns, BookLife reserves the right to request the return of free gifts or adjust any refunds if the qualifying criteria are no longer met.

4. Clearance Sale

4.1. Eligible products in the 'Clearance' section are discounted by at least 80%.

4.2. Mystery boxes and items already discounted over 80% are excluded from additional reductions.

4.3. Discounts are automatically applied, with no further codes required.

4.4. In the event of a return or cancellation, refunds will be issued based on the promotional price paid.

5. Amendments and Cancellation

5.1. BookLife reserves the right to amend these T&Cs or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to situations beyond its control.

5.2. Customers are encouraged to check the T&Cs periodically for updates.
